About the role:
Games Inc is growing fast.
Over the past year, we’ve invested heavily in our platform, our people and the quality of our games. Now we’re scaling distribution, increasing output and building deeper partnerships. We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Lead to help drive that next phase. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind decks and titles. We want someone proactive, organised, commercially sharp and genuinely hungry to build something.
You’ll work directly with me and closely with our Gaming Operations Manager across everything from sourcing and onboarding new partners, to launch planning, promotions, visibility, commercial performance and long-term account growth. You’ll own relationships with operators and aggregators, help drive new distribution opportunities, grow wallet share with existing partners and ensure games don’t just launch quietly, but actually perform. Many of our key relationships have been built over more than a decade in the industry, and we value genuine partnerships heavily. You’ll also shape and build the Commercial function properly from the ground up; creating processes, structure, reporting and scalable ways of working, while still being adaptable, dynamic and comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.

- Understands the B2B Online Slots space;
- Has experience with operators, aggregators and distribution;
- Is comfortable across both MGA and .com markets;
- Enjoys building processes and improving how things work;
- Is confident chasing opportunities and pushing for visibility;
- Actually likes slots and can provide useful product feedback internally;
- Is hands-on, accountable and enjoys working at pace.
This is a genuinely important hire for us. The right person will shape the Commercial function of the business and, once proven, become part of the wider leadership team as we continue to scale. But first, we need someone willing to roll up their sleeves and help build the foundations properly.
What you’ll own:
Partner Management & Growth:
- Existing operator and aggregator relationships;
- Grow wallet share, visibility, and performance with live partners;
- New Business;
- Be relentless about follow-ups, placements, rotations, and results;
- Act as the commercial point of truth internally and externally.
Distribution:
- Onboard new partners efficiently and cleanly;
- Manage launch pipelines, timelines, and dependencies;
- Ensure games don’t just “go live”, they perform;
- Build repeatable onboarding workflows with Platform, Ops, and Compliance;
- Own commercial discussions, onboarding plans, launch strategies, and go-live execution;
- Own post-launch partner performance and commercial optimisation.
Promotions, Visibility & Performance:
- Plan and execute promotional activity (FS campaigns, featured slots, homepage placements, tournaments where relevant);
- Coordinate with partners to maximise:
- Game positioning;
- Launch impact;
- Ongoing visibility;
- Track what works — and double down on results, not noise.
Commercial Processes & Reporting:
- Build smart, lightweight commercial processes;
- Create clear workflows for:
- Partner onboarding;
- Launch planning;
- Campaign execution;
- Performance reviews.
What Success Looks Like:
- Existing partners generate more revenue meaningfully;
- Games launch on time, with strong visibility, not quietly buried;
- Aggregator relationships feel tight, proactive, and commercial;
- Promotions are planned, executed, measured, and improved;
- Commercial workflows are clear, repeatable, and scalable.
Who You Are:
- 5 years in iGaming / online casino commercial roles;
- Strong experience working with aggregators and operators worldwide;
- Have worked in a scaling business, not just a giant with endless resources.
